Honolulu is the capital of Hawaii and is located on the island of Hawaii.  The largest city in the state, Honolulu also acts as a hub for government, transportation, commerce, culture, and technology for the state.  Best known for the world-renown Waikiki Beach, Honolulu is a prosperous city that has been developed into a commercial and residential home and destination.

In Hawaiian, Honolulu means “sheltered bay” or “peace of shelter,” and relate to the city’s humble beginnings as a gathering place for people from across the state.  Homes in Honolulu are some of the most convenient places to live.  Not only are the beaches of Waikiki and Oahu’s south shore just a few minutes away but the spectacular vistas of the North Shore’s gorgeous white sand beaches are just a half hour drive north.  Honolulu’s position as an arts and entertainment hub adds to the area’s natural attraction.  A thriving nightlife concentrates around the downtown Honolulu and touristy Waikiki areas.  Street entertainers, vibrant clubs and bars, and exquisite restaurants featuring Pacific and Asian fusion cuisine are the norm for
